The overlays will not warp, shrink or delaminate, and come with a lifetime warranty. All doors come standard with a baked-on white finish, but can also be field-painted in the color of your choice!

Therma Elite

Technology and craftsmanship meet with the North West Therma Elite garage door. This new hybrid garage door is steel-back insulated and features pre-painted galvanized steel skins that are pressure laminated to a 2″ thick, CFC-free, expanded, polystyrene core. This extremely strong and energy-efficient door has a high r-value of 10.4, making it one of the best doors on the market.

An exciting feature of the Therma Elite garage door is the new beveled overlay profile which gives this door a unique carriage door look, while still allowing for unmatched quality. The overlay is made of exterior-grade, smooth wood composite that is mechanically and permanently adhered to the door. Waterproof adhesive ensures the overlay will not move or separate from the door. The door is finished with high-grade, white, enamel paint, and can also be field painted in the color you desire.

Therma Elite also comes in a wide variety of styles, including many glass options. Your options include 13 different window choices, 8 custom glass types including insulated, tempered, obscure and tinted, and over 120 door/window design combinations.
